boulangerie coron was opened in 2012 Sapporo. Our Grand chef, Katsuei Shiga (Chef owner of bakery Signifiant singnifie), produces the bread with 100% Hokkaido wheat. He believes that the ingredients that best matches with Hokkaido wheat will be those from Hokkaido, hence tries to use mainly ingredients of Hokkaido origin. Our original bread recipe is created through the harmony of the vast knowledge of the chef and Hokkaido foods.
